Georgios Zisimatos is Head of the administrative and financial unit of "RTD - Health" with the EC. His talk will deal with the necessary steps in the negotiation process of FP7 projects and highlight common pitfalls and how to avoid them. Particular attention will be paid to appropriate preparation to prevent avoidable delays.
